Will it scratch my workbench? No — the soft silicone body won't scratch workbenches, bonnets, or painted panels.
Does the magnetic base work on aluminium? No — the base only grips ferrous metal (steel and iron). On wood, plastic, or aluminium the tray still sits flat, it just isn't held in place by the magnet.
How do I clean it? Wipe with a damp cloth.
